Refund Policy

EXCHANGE & REFUNDS POLICY

Exchanges and returns can be made up to 14 days after the purchase date.

All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment, upon completion of inspection by the company less return shipping costs. Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit.

Please note: returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and received unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective, as determined by the company.


To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
  • No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
  • If you are processing a full item return, any free promotional items will need to be sent back with the other product(s). Otherwise you will only receive the refund minus the cost of the promotional items at full price.

  • Custom- made products
  • Gold & Diamonds products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sales products


If you’d like to exchange an item for another style or size, you need to return the item and order a new one.


REFUND POLICY

Once your order has been submitted, your purchase is immediately in process. If you would like to cancel your purchase, you are entitled to do so within 14 days of receiving the product and you will be refunded.

Shipping fee for refunded product:

Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Orders outside of US may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
